Deloraine Creative Studios Inc.
Deloraine Creative Studios Inc. is a centre for the creation and exhibition of art, craft, and design. We are a not-for-profit organisation that offers a unique experience for people to view artists and craftspeople at work, creating handcrafted Tasmanian products and works of art.
Our working studios offer artisans the opportunity to gain recognition of their skills, display and sell their work and provides an ideal environment in which to share their knowledge and skills. Deloraine Creative Studios also offer the opportunity for artists to display and sell their art works on consignment.
The smooth running of the studio would not be possible without our dedicated team of volunteers. If you would like to be apart of our team and wish to volunteer, please feel welcome to enquire at the studio.
Visitors are able to view current exhibitions of both local and national artists in our Art Gallery. Deloraine Creative Studios is the hub of art and craft in the community, facilitating the creative needs of local groups and offering a holistic experience to both visitors and artisans.
The Pottery Hub offers the opportunity for up and coming artists and beginners to attend classes on a Tuesday with the very talented Josephine Beutel.
The Quilters Corner has quality patchwork fabrics and quilting supplies. The Quilters Corner has been open within the studios since January 2021. Full of wonderful fabrics, patterns and notions. Classes are also available.
Meander Valley Community Radio is one of the local community enterprises housed at Deloraine Creative Studios.

Meander Valley Community Radio, The Voice of the Valley is on the air ! Tune in to 96.9FM to listen. We are also streaming all our programs on www.mvfm.com.au
Thanks to the efforts of many volunteers and contributors, we have a community radio station that can be heard from prospect through to Devonport, and south to Longford. The station broadcasts 24 hours per day 7 days per week.
New programs are constantly being added. We would love your contribution. If you have an idea for a program, or would like to produce one yourself, please contact us, or if you would like to have your say on what you want to hear on your radio station, please fill out our opinion survey.
